Business mini-lecture
Assignment is only the first half of operating design.
Delegating a task is not the same as designing a dependable operating system. Work also needs checkpoints, handoffs, escalation triggers, recovery paths, and someone able to intervene. An orchestration map connects assignments to those controls. It becomes valuable once multiple people, partners, automations, or agents contribute to the same customer outcome and small failures can cascade.
The proposed capability would reveal missing oversight and document how work should recover when an owner or tool fails. It cannot guarantee that escalation will be timely or that a fallback will work under pressure. Founders must decide which consequences are tolerable, ensure responsible people have real authority, and redesign tasks whose failure cannot be safely detected or reversed.
