The registry restarted as placeholders

On 2026-08-04 the previous catalog — 21 records with real descriptive content — was retired intact to a git archive (branch archive/v1-garden, tag v1-garden-20260804) and this registry restarted as placeholder slots. Nothing was migrated. A slot here is not the earlier record that shared its area, and nothing on this site should be read as a continuation of a v1 claim.

Coverage labels are qualitative

Each theme's coverage label is carried verbatim from its survey campaign's own closing statement as of 2026-07-29. No audited per-theme work counts exist, so none are printed. The whole-survey tally on the home page is different in kind: it counts rows in the campaigns' own SEARCH_LOG, SCREENING and EVIDENCE_LEDGER files, counted 2026-08-04. A ledger row is a recorded action, not an audited work — the tally measures how much surveying happened, not how good the survey was.

Every campaign is effort-bounded and not saturated

Each survey campaign stopped when its effort budget ran out, not when it stopped finding things. No campaign claims to have exhausted its area, and none should be read as a complete survey.

Nothing has been ingested

The campaign evidence behind the coverage labels has not been loaded into any published surface, including this one. Bundles are referenced by folder path only; this site renders none of their contents.

No independent review has occurred

The surveys and this site were produced with the operator's own agent tooling. The lifecycle's Reviewed state — checked by someone who did not build it — has not been exercised by anything here, and this site does not claim otherwise.
