Intended use
What this kit is being designed to do
- Select a learning question
- Design an ethical study
- Predeclare thresholds and stop conditions
Business mini-lecture
Design learning before talking to customers.
Customer conversations create learning only when they are designed to challenge a consequential assumption rather than collect encouragement. A customer-discovery capability turns one uncertainty into participant criteria, a non-leading interview guide, consent terms, and a decision threshold. It becomes valuable before product or go-to-market commitments make the team defensive about hearing evidence that could change direction.
The agent can prepare a careful study and flag biased questions, weak sampling, privacy risks, or missing stop conditions. A responsible human still approves consent, authorizes contact or recording, and handles sensitive participant context. The founder must interpret what the evidence means for the venture; simulated people and model-generated answers can rehearse a method but cannot become customer evidence.

What this record does not promise

Lineage
Where the intended practice comes from
Derived from the validated 2026-07-29 customer-discovery scout bundle; implementation and cross-context validity evaluation remain future work.
Lineage explains provenance; it does not substitute for a review record, field evidence, or a versioned implementation.
