Intended use
What this kit is being designed to do
- Synthesize study evidence
- Preserve contradictory and missing evidence
- Record a founder learning decision
Business mini-lecture
Convert interviews into evidence without erasing dissent.
Discovery records quickly become a pile of quotes, themes, and confident summaries that may lose context or counterevidence. A validation-evidence synthesizer links each observation to its source, separates interpretation from fact, and keeps contradictory findings visible. It becomes valuable after a study produces enough authorized records that manual synthesis risks selective memory, inconsistent coding, or unsupported confidence.
The agent can organize evidence, expose missing locators, and show how each proposed conclusion affects an assumption. A human reviewer still verifies source spans and context, while the founder judges whether the evidence is strong enough to persist, change, test again, or stop. Repeated anecdotes do not become representative merely because they fit a compelling theme.
Operating contract
Inputs, outputs, and gates
Inputs
- Predeclared study plan
- Authorized source records or verified transcripts
- Assumption and decision ledger
Outputs
- Atomic evidence register
- Observation and inference synthesis
- Persist, pivot, stop, or insufficient-evidence record
Gates
- Human reviewer verifies source spans
- Founder reviews counterevidence and limitations
- Founder owns the final decision
Known limits
What this record does not promise
- This is a roadmap placeholder with no implemented synthesis runtime.
- Repeated anecdotes do not automatically establish statistical confidence.
Lineage
Where the intended practice comes from
Derived from the validated 2026-07-29 customer-discovery scout bundle; implementation and validity testing remain future work.
Lineage explains provenance; it does not substitute for a review record, field evidence, or a versioned implementation.
