Startup Narrative

A planned drafting workflow that turns approved venture facts and assumptions into audience-specific narratives without silent claim drift.

Intended use

What this kit is being designed to do

  • Structure a venture story
  • Preserve founder voice
  • Adapt approved claims for an audience

Business mini-lecture

Make one true company story travel.

A startup needs different explanations for customers, recruits, partners, and investors, but every version must remain anchored to the same facts. A startup-narrative capability reshapes order, emphasis, and language without silently upgrading an assumption into proof. It becomes valuable when the company’s message starts traveling through several people, documents, and audiences faster than the founder can review every draft.

The agent can map sentences to approved claims, flag stale support, and show when wording changes certainty, numbers, or meaning. The founder still owns the company’s voice, the audience promise, and the choice of what to emphasize or omit. Judgment is especially human when truth allows several stories but only one reflects the venture’s identity and intent.

Lineage

Where the intended practice comes from

Derived from the validated 2026-07-29 narrative-and-fundraising scout bundle; implementation and multilingual fidelity evaluation remain future work.

Lineage explains provenance; it does not substitute for a review record, field evidence, or a versioned implementation.
