Build one plan from many imperfect artifacts.
As a startup grows, its strategy fragments across decks, models, interview notes, roadmaps, and old decisions. A venture-plan assembler brings those artifacts together while detecting repeated numbers, stale versions, missing evidence, and contradictions. It becomes valuable when the team needs one coherent operating or financing plan and simple copy-and-paste would conceal disagreements between its parts.
The agent can preserve source links, reconcile calculations, and produce a clear list of conflicts that block completion. The founder still decides which source is authoritative, whether an assumption remains acceptable, and how competing priorities should be resolved. Assembly should never manufacture coherence by dropping caveats or choosing a convenient number without accountable human judgment.
